Welcome to Lily's Cafe, a beloved gem nestled in the heart of Maple Grove at 9691 63rd Ave N. This local favorite is more than just a spot to grab a bite; it's an experience that warms the soul and tantalizes the taste buds!

At Lily's Cafe, breakfast reigns supreme, and with their commitment to quality, it's no wonder patrons rave about the delicious offerings. Dive into their fluffy, light pancakes that practically melt in your mouth – a favorite among regulars like Justin Boie, who passionately declares them the best in town! For those with a sweet tooth, the heavenly cinnamon and caramel rolls will leave you wanting more, perfectly baked and drizzled to perfection.

The atmosphere at Lily's is bright and welcoming, fostering a sense of community. As you step inside, the cheerful decor instantly lifts your spirits, making you feel right at home. Caleb McEachern perfectly captures this vibe by highlighting the small-town diner feel that appeals to both locals and visitors alike. The staff, led by the charming Lily herself, creates an inviting environment where everyone feels valued and recognized—a testament to customer service that is often lost in larger chains.

While most patrons sing praises, some like Neal Lewandowski note that the prices can be on the higher side for some items, yet the overall quality and portion sizes often justify the cost. You'll find creative twists on classics, such as a BLT with egg, that keep the menu exciting and satisfying. And if you're in the mood for something hearty, don’t miss out on the stuffed hash browns, although a few guests feel they could do with a little extra flair.

What strikes the heart of Lily's Cafe is its commitment to home-cooked flavors that evoke nostalgia. From the home fries to the savory sausage gravy—a favorite among diners—every dish is made with care and attention to detail. Kyle Rains describes his experience as unforgettable, particularly noting how the food transports you, allowing you to forget that you're in a mini mall. Imagine sitting down with loved ones, sharing stories, and enjoying a meal that feels just like home.

For those looking to visit, don’t forget that Lily's Cafe is open seven days a week, making it a convenient stop for any brunch or breakfast craving. Whether you're a local or just passing through, Lily's is a place to indulge in comfort food while basking in a warm atmosphere that keeps you coming back.

Open 7 days a week, for the best breakfast in town! The pancakes are amazing, as well as the cinnamon or caramel rolls. Super clean and brightly decorated, and Lily is such a sweetheart!

Food quality good. Prices, moderate, a bit high. The blt with egg was missing egg. Club toast was a bit cool. Portions were good. Stuffed hash browns seemed a bit small. I'd go again.

Henry's was a recent, local find with a unique atmosphere and great, home cooked flavors! (PANCAKES!) They do have limited hours (make sure to check their website before going), but when open, they'll be our new breakfast and lunch alternative to the Maple Grove Perkins!

Best fish fry in the cities. Just too bad that it's only during Lent. All of the food is great, though. Unassuming place, but small town style diner.

Henry's is the best small diner in the Twin Cities. All of the food is great, but their Sausage Gravy is the best I've ever had! It is always packed so come early or be prepared to wait 15 mins or so for seating.

Small town diner feel. Specials. Henry recognized me even though I haven't visited as much as I'd like to. The bread is really good. My only wish is that he'd open on Sunday, but understand he needs 1 day off.

Awesome little cafe located in a mini mall. The location was unusual for a cafe but once you get in, sit down and start eating your food you forget you’re in a mini mall. I met my parents here for breakfast and it was great. I wish I could remember what I ordered but I do remember the I got home fries and sausage gravy which was amazing! I wanted to order a second order! I loved that Lily introduced herself and more impressive was always walking around refilling customers coffee cups. Nice to see the owner active in their business. I would definitely go back again!
